MEAN WELL HRP-600-24 - 648 W fonte de alimentação industrial, 24 VDC, PFC ativo, 90% de eficiência

Where many power supplies falter under continuous load, the HRP-600-24 delivers 648 W with unwavering stability. This enclosed AC/DC converter from MEAN WELL's HRP series is engineered for industrial automation, test equipment, and high-power LED systems that demand tight regulation and long-term reliability. Its active power factor correction and 90% efficiency reduce energy waste and harmonic distortion, while the built-in DC fan with speed control keeps thermals in check even at full output.

Highlights

• 648 W continuous output at 24 VDC with 27 A current capability
• Wide input range: 85–264 VAC or 120–370 VDC
• Active PFC (>0.95) for compliance with EN61000-3-2
• High efficiency up to 90% lowers operating costs
• Built-in DC fan with speed control for quiet, adaptive cooling
• Full protection: short circuit, overload, over voltage, over temperature
• Adjustable output voltage (20–26.4 VDC) and current (50–100%)
• Hold-up time of 16 ms ensures ride-through during brief interruptions

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: the HRP-600-24 features a rugged metal case with screw terminals and a built-in fan that automatically adjusts speed based on load and temperature. The wide operating temperature range of -30 °C to +70 °C allows deployment in harsh environments, from cold storage to factory floors. The unit's 3 kVAC isolation between input and output provides safety and noise immunity, while the low ripple and noise (150 mVp-p) ensures clean power for sensitive electronics. Whether you are powering a CNC machine, a large LED array, or a battery charging system, this supply maintains stable output with minimal drift.
